We collect information necessary to provide and improve our GPU compute services. This includes:
When you create a VexNode account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password. If you sign up through a third-party authentication provider, we receive the profile information you authorize.
We collect data about how you interact with our platform, including GPU instance types requested, job durations, resource utilization metrics, API call patterns, and page views within the dashboard. This data helps us optimize performance and plan capacity.
Billing details such as credit card numbers and billing addresses are collected and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. VexNode does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
We use the information we collect to:
Security is central to our architecture. All data transmitted between your systems and VexNode is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest — including account records and billing information — is encrypted with AES-256.
Compute workloads run in isolated Docker containers with no shared GPU memory between tenants. Each job operates in its own sandboxed environment, and containers are destroyed upon job completion.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs and telemetry are retained for up to 90 days to support debugging and billing reconciliation. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
Customer models, datasets, and job outputs are not stored beyond the duration of an active compute session unless you explicitly configure persistent storage.
We work with a limited set of third-party providers to operate our platform:
